Special Notice for Fuji Rock Festival Guests (July 25–27)
 
During the Fuji Rock Festival, we will be offering the following special arrangements:
 
■ Extended Public Bath Hours
 
On July 25 (Thu), 26 (Fri), and 27 (Sat), our public bath will be open until 10:00 AM the following morning.
(Normally open until 11:00 PM and reopens at 5:00 AM)
 
Please note:
 
The bath will be closed from 9:00 PM to 9:30 PM for cleaning.
 
Men’s and women’s baths will be switched at 9:30 PM.
 
  ■ Free Shuttle Bus from Echigo-Yuzawa Station
 
We will operate a complimentary shuttle bus from Echigo-Yuzawa Station to our hotel at the following times:
Departures at 11:00 PM / 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM
 
For arrivals after 1:00 AM, please use a taxi.
 
 ■ Late Check-In
 
If you expect to arrive after 1:00 AM, please be sure to contact us by 12:00 AM (midnight).
Without prior notice, we may not be able to accommodate your check-in.
 
 ■ Shuttle Bus Boarding Location (Echigo-Yuzawa Station)
 
The shuttle departs from the East Exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station.
After exiting the East Exit, turn right and look for the red sign of a restaurant called “Uotami.”
The shuttle bus will be parked behind the restaurant.
